OVH generally seem to be quick for me, the first server I ordered took 1 or 2 days but I've ordered several since and they are set up within an hour or 2 normally.

When they setup your server they set up the ammount of bandwidth it can use via the local switch. Its just telling you that you have 100mbps.

Darn. I ordered one dedicated server with redhat at 10:20 this morning, got the first 3 emails and then nothing. I thought the whole thing was automated so it would go through any day of the week.
Guess it will be monday then, hope OVH take that into account when working out the end date of service.

I ordered a server today and was just wondering about the timeframe for setup of the server? Not that im complaining because I have had perfect service from OVH, but just to organise the setup of the server.
