Again - what are you using to measure your upload with in the first place?

Check so that you haven't messed up your iptables by accident or run a nmap against. By default there is no port restrictions.

There are no restrictions on the server, apart from the IRC one, which can be configured from the Control Panel.

Depends, firstly - how are you measuring your upload? Afaik 1Gbps is most of the time only OVH -> OVH or Internet -> OVH .. wheras OVH -> Internet is 100Mbps

Bandwidth
OVH to OVH 2x 1 Gbps
OVH to Internet 100 Mbps SLA Premium (on all infrastructure)
Internet to OVH 2x 1 Gbps

Hello Guys & Girls ,

I got few servers from OVH lately(new customer) , 1gbps ones ( Sla Premium ) , and i have a feeling somehow my ports are blocked , incoming speeds are good , but outgoing suks (not getting even the 100mbps) , is there a FIREWALL built in with OVH servers ?if yes how can i kill it ? also how can i check for open/closed ports ?
