Hello

We are looking into this issue, however you cannot change the RAID for Windows when reinstalling the server, which is why VIA is included.

I just found that there was a tool pre-installed to manage RAID: VIA RAID Tool

But it tells me that
No stand-alone disk and No usable disk array attached, please check if any disk array is broken
How do I check if any disk array is broken?

Here is a screenshot of the disk management tool. I've tried to create a new volume with the unallocated drive but I only get the "simple" option

Hi everybody,

Yesterday I have received an SP Max running under Windows. The first time I connected on it I saw the 2 hard drives in Raid with the second one synchronizing on the first one.
But today I see that they are not in Raid anymore, the second drive is unallocated.
Moreover the drive 1 is 931.51GB while the drive 2 is 931.39GB.

How can I put them back in Raid?
