Your best option is to either pay for the bandwidth you use on a GB basis, buy SLA bandwidth (100Mbps guaranteed), or accept that you have 100Mbps maximum between your two servers.
Bear in mind, that its 100Mbps between them, but it doesn't "halve" the bandwidth on each, they're all still capable of 100Mbps, but the total bandwidth between them at any one time can not go above 100Mbps. If it does, your server will be put into reduced priority mode.
