Problem with paypal is people do too many charge backs for no reasons what so ever and paypal dont care half the time, they get a % of the money for doing it.

However if you live within the united kingdom you can get a top up card from http://www.360money.com/ put money on the card and then pay ovh with it.

As a rule, they don't, but I recently had my account disabled for security purposed while they did a routine security check to verify I was who I said I was. They took money from my bank, so I could prove to them I owned the account by putting in the values they took. This is theft as I did NOT authorise them to do it, so you do have to be careful.

Never. But Paypal is not a serious organism like Visa, Ovh have enough problems with them (unpaid servers). PayPal charge money from your account without asking.

Well ive used paypal for 2 years and never had a problem so you must be
one of the unlucky ones.
I think it should be offerd to customers.
And if ovh are worried about the fee,s then maybe charge the fee on top for the customer.
