I was asked to put it in RescueMode so she could confirm there were no disks detected, so now an incident is schedule for a tech I guess

I'm running Win2k3 Web...
Besides, why would she (you) need access to my server anyway? Not that I really mind, but I'm thinking it's probably in the BIOS as this was modified or at least reset as they had to troubleshoot (and it was something with the BIOS) when I reinstalled the OS.

Reinstalled OS on ns366662 and now my two USB drives won't show up. I've rebooted twice, but nothing. Not even in the server's device management.
