Okay, cool. Now I know where I stand.

Thanks again.

If in stock, 1 hour after payment verification.

Else up to or over 72 hours. There is no guarantee on deployment time. Your renewal date will begin from deployment time not the time you paid.

Thanks. Understood.

What's the general turnaround time for an RPS setup? Nothing was specified in the initial emails.

You will receive the IP when the RPS is deployed. rDNS can be changed in the Manager.

You will receive SSH access info when the RPS is deployed.

I have recently ordered an RPS server as a failover/test server for my web site and would like to carry out two simple tasks;

1. Obtain the ip of the rps and point a domain at it as well as set up a reverse dns,

2. Access the machine via ssh and set up apache, tomcat, mysql and postgresql.

I don't want to use a web ui, just the terminal but what I am trying to achieve does not, to me anyway, appear obvious.

Any help much appreciated.
