How to make "A" records for fail over ips

Before you do that, add the failover IP to your interfaces. See http://help.ovh.co.uk/IpAlias. Following that, you can either add it through the OVH Manager if you use their DNS services, or if you plan to use your own DNS server, look at http://help.ovh.co.uk/ManualBindServer

Create an A record to point to your failover IP?

If you're registered with OVH you can do it straight in the manager under DNS settings for the domain.

If you're running your own NS's you'll have to add it in BIND or whatever you're running.

I want to put a domains to the ips i have added from the ip failover. (i allready own the domains)

Your question doesn't make much sense to me.

Can you clarify exactly what you want to do cus right now its just a bunch of slightly related words mashed in together.
