OVH provide the server. They don't provide you with your own personal administrator. You have to do that all yourself. There are some guides provided by OVH on the basic setup.

OVH servers are unmanaged, they don't offer software support unless you pay for it.

Search the forum, there are lots of topics discussing this problem, with many solutions. Some solutions work for some people, some work for others. You just have to find the right one. This limitation has annoyed a lot of people who use OVH servers, don't let it get you down.

Hello there,
Im a newbie on this forum/subject.
I have an serious issue, last wednesday i received my dedicaded server from kimsurf and i cant get host networking only to work. Therefor im not allowed to receive inbound connections to my box, which really limits me.

if anyone got vmware with hostnetworking only working please post in this thread how because im stuck at the moment.
