Be sure that you enter your mobile number using the correct format required: +4477956463369. That is +44 plus 10 digits.

After that, the button to send SMS will appear as long as the number is correct and hasn't been used before. Hit the button "send the code to me". If it's been sent correctly, the field to enter the code will appear.

Enter the code and that's it.

yup did it tht way .. doesnt show the box to put my code in .. ill email it though

Can you go into your Manager and Administration > My Settings > Validate by sms and do it? Email us if you still encounter problems.

right i put my mobile number in .. send the code .. recieved the code but there isnt a box to put the code into :S
