server renewal payment issue

You most likely have the emails, but just to let you know we did receive the payment. As always with payment issues though, if you do have problems please contact us.

Don't panic, your server data won't disappear. After the renewal date you have 5 days before the server is "wiped". However I understand the urgency. All I can suggest is that you e-mail support now and phone them on Tuesday as early as you can (I believe they are closed tomorrow, bank holiday).

I need to renew this server by the 14th.

My credit card was renewed recently and is having issues.

I wanted to pay with a different credit card (not my card) but the payment system won't let me fill in the cardholder address details.

Is there a way to do this? Obviously this is a matter of some urgency.
