Ovh is a "Red Hat Advanced Hosting Partner" and is under
certification of equipment from Red Hat. The goal is to become
"Red Hat Premier Hosting Partner and offer support
software and applications such as Oracle. It takes some
weeks to validate the equipment and switch to "Premier". Ovh will
be one of 3 companies in the world (and the only one in Roubaix Valley ) to
have certification first.

In 2 cases, you can now order a new server
with the RHEL 5.3 license (excluding VAT) for £19.99 per month.
If you already have a server, you can reinstall your server with RHEL very
shortly.

The license includes basic
- Updates (system maintained for 7 years) via the Red Hat
Network
- Access to technical support for Red Hat Help
and installation applications. The medium access is
via the web for Red Hat, and guarantee a response within 48 working hours.
Ovh provides you with a login to access the Red Hat support
and you communicate directly with technicians
in the language of your choice (among the 14 attached).
