We proceeded with the refund of both orders on 16th April. It takes a few working days for your money to get back to your account depending on your credit card issuer. You need to contact them to get further information.

There was a problem with the card server over Easter and it took my money after saying there was a problem, I had to use it again a few days later to renew when the server was taken offline and it worked on that try, but the other 2 times the money was taken from my account.

I spoke to support and they said something about credit or something and it was sorted, have I been refunded or is my account in credit or what? Just I have a server to renew today, can't see anything returned to my account or anything about credit in the manager.
