Is there a "report thread" option?

I didn't see this one (kudos to the moderators) but I suspect there are now bots which involve a meatspace [human] operator at the critical moment.

Basically, the bot sets up the registration, shows the page to the human to beat the capture or question and then the bot takes control to drop it's 'payload' into a thread.

If it was an Eastern spammer, you can imagine they probably have quite a bit of opportunity for 'crowdsourcing'.

Could very well be a real person, it wasn't as repetetive as a bot would be, and only on some threads I don't see how you get a kick out of making spam posts manually, sure if I wrote a 1337 script to mass posts I might enjoy that to some extent But seriously, not cool.

Yeah true - You could always install Nospam You make up questions for the members to answer - They get to signin with the right answer

There is captcha on the sign-up page but it is too weak and has already been "cracked".

Yeah, captcha for the signup process would solve the issue Please don't get the crazy idea to require it for every new thread/post...
