Kimsufi Bandwidth question

if your manager says just 2TB, then there is something wrong. Andy is right, you've just upgraded all the bandwidth regimes, so it's probably an error.

So, get in touch with the customer support (by email at customersupport@ovh.co.uk or by phone at 020 7252 2310), telling us your nichandle and server number and we'll have a look at it.

Sounds like an error with the system, the limits were recently changed. Inform customer support about it and it should be dealt with very quickly.

If you only have 1 server you'd be better off with Standard Series bandwidth, it offers un-metered and guaranteed 100Mbps. Traffic series is only useful for people with multiple servers who need the guaranteed speed.

Today I ordered a Kimsufi L package that states on the http://www.kimsufi.co.uk/ site that for the traffic series option your getting 4000gb/Month bandwidth but once I received my server in the OVH manager its telling me I only have 2TB, whats the deal there?
