That wont be necessary for him i set it up he is new to this whole website thing but i told him what it is he has to do

Your NIC Handle should look like this:

AB1234-OVH

AB is generally your initials, and 1234 is random, then -OVH at the end.

I have tried to log into the control panel with my username and password but it is not working, i know for definite that these are my username and password. does anyone have any ideas
