Generally speaking Europe is peering, and anything else is transit. However Virgin Media use transit into OVH, so that doesn't always work. But as a general rule, thats how it works.

What is the server? Sometimes when a Kimsufi is running 100Mbps Max 24/7 over transit connections it is placed into Low Priority.

Yhea i understand this.
But some servers get placed in low priority after 1 month when a user was using to much,then that customer goes to a pro server and the kimi gets leased out to a new customer who uses half as much but still placed in low priority for each month after.
Will have a look witch few are and maybe send you the details neil via email.

I mean most of mine are fine but there are a odd few witch are like this.
Im thinking because there from say 6 months ago old.

If i remember correct the bw cap on the kimsufi servers went to standard 100mbit sla.
So no more of the cap between certain times.
Now in the manger on certain kimi server the bw priority is low.
Now why is this,is this the way it should be,or as you changed it shouldnt that be removed?
