It didn't seem to rank web-starters.net very high but instead my profile on the site was high... for the query "web starters"... strange strange ms.

However, if all new computers with Windows operating systems come pre-set with this as the default homepage, and all other Microsoft products use this engine for their searches (msn etc) then yeah they will grab a quick marketshare and build upon that brand.
Yeah, I was listening to Jason Calacanis and owns Mahalo.com and that 1% of the search engine market is $1 Billion Dollars, so I guess 'every little helps'.

Some of you may of heard that bing.com is the new 'decision' engine from Microsoft (basically the new live.com, aka the new search.msn.com).

I have tried and quite like it, but I have been known to use a new search engine for a few days and then change back I have made my default here to see if I get any better results than google.

Microsoft is also going to spend a $100 million dollars (that is no mistake) and have already got three adds up, which you can view here, http://www.neowin.net/news/main/09/0...advertisements

So if you have been using got any views on it, will it fine take some market share?
