From what it looks like, you're buying via a reseller, but I'm not sure how he can offer 200Mbps SLA as he'll most likely have more than one server under his account... But anyway to your question, I'm nearly sure you're using this server:

Code:
http://www.ovh.co.uk/products/superplan_best_of.xml
It has a 100Mbit NIC, so you'll need any of the Quad Core, Dual Quad Core, or Top of the Range servers in order to get 200Mbps per one server without paying extra.

I have this one: http://outsystem.pl/product.php?id_product=20 . So, do you think this server has only 100 Mbps NIC even though it says "SLA Premium 200 Mbit" there?

The 200mbps is for your account at OVH. Most servers you order will only have a 100mbps NIC as Andy pointed out, however three servers with 100mbps NIC interfaces will share this 200mbps bandwith.

Hi. I want you to explain to me something. "SLA Premium 200 Mbit" means that the upload speed from an OVH server to the internet (a bittorrent tracker, for example) can reach the maximum rate of 200 Mbit/s? I am asking it because I am renting such a server now, but when I go to speedtest.net, its results show me the upload speed of my server is around 100 Mbit, for some reason.
I read here that speedtest.net is not a reliable way to check one's speed, but still...
