yet, the correct place for this sort of help is the customer support, as the answers are not of very much interest to the rest of the community in this forum.

In the customer support we have a queue of messages and all of them are answered wihtin 24 hours max.

Is there a delay in orders or is there a problem with my order?
I can see 37 in 1 hour stock, its been in 1 hour stock all day, and yet i have been waiting for 6 hours, i was told that as long as their is stock, then they are normally fast ( within the hour ), this is why i am asking if there is an issue with my order.
I can see its been completed for Kimsufi Large Standard 08 Revolution - 1 month
