No they don't Interventions are done by techs present at the datacenter 24/7, nothing to do with local OVH support. Though can you imagine if OVH's techs worked the same hours as normal support, lol what a mess this would be

I received new USB Hard disk today! Thank you OVH Support.

[5:12pm] An intervention has just been scheduled, it's cool that this happened on a saturday evening, ovh works now in the weekend! wohooo

OVH told me the following: At this point we have a problem with stock, For this reason we were not able to attach your USB drive. We expect this is done by monday.


Now that I know this, it will all be okay.

Are you sure about the server name?

1/ This server belongs to a PL customer. If it's yours, you should contact our PL team directly

2/ I can't see any order for USB drives for this server

Thats not your nichandle. but either way if it was I wouldn't post it, i'd contact support directly in the morning.

If you are on linux you need to mount the drive remember. It doesn't magically appear.

i ordered a hard drive on friday..and i still haven't got one...usually it shudnt take more than 2-3 days ..but a week?..can someone from staff here tell me what is going on.
