Anyone that's having trouble with vKVM please read

Hi all,
I have just got off the phone with OVH and have got my vKVM working.
If anyone else has had troubles with vKVM, in particular not receiving your login email there is one important step to check.

Login to your OVH managerv3 @ www.ovh.co.uk/managerv3
Click on My Settings at the bottom of the homepage from there click on Email. There you will see all the emails that OVH have sent you.
If you do not see an e-mail with KVM in the subject then please call or e-mail OVH support about it.

There was a port closed on my server that needed technicians correcting - now it works, I get my e-mail (quickly) and I can login.

Update: I receive my vKVM email within 5 minutes, every time. But only within the OVH manager not in my mailbox, that seems to take longer.
