Downside is, you can then use your server for illicit activites and if this IP gets banned from some service, you can then delete it, get a new one and start again.
Same with sending spam.

Maybe i'm missing the obvious... but i cant see what to do to get rid of a fail over IP i have... i dont use it anymore and i would like to get one of my free failover slots back to transfer over a failover IP i have from another server.
Any help?
