I received new USB Hard disk today! Thank you OVH Support.

[5:12pm] An intervention has just been scheduled, it's cool that this happened on a saturday evening, ovh works now in the weekend! wohooo

Yes, I am afraid we are out of stock of USB Drives at the moment. However once they are back in stock the backlog will be cleared with the oldest first.

it's now wednesday again, still no USB disk, hopefully the new stock will have USB hard disks with more GB

turbanator I received an email about it today...

OVH told me the following: At this point we have a problem with stock, For this reason we were not able to attach your USB drive. We expect this is done by monday.


Now that I know this, it will all be okay.

i bought it from a friend/reseller who is polish..and i guess ovh is giving him a tough time too..with few other usb hard drives he ordered..they are not doing anything abt it..i blvmy usb will never be installed..so i am just goona get my money refunded

hopefully it will get sorted turbanator, I am going to wait one more night, if not I will email ovh at NL tomorrow to move my nic to NL database, I tried calling ovh at France, but my french is so bad!!

even i am having issues with my usb order..i ordered it 13 days ago! and its still not here!

my order number is 5847631

the payment was accepted on the 18th! its the 24th now!

I called them and said I was still a france customer, but they said I could sent them a mail and they will move my nic handle to the NL database

Dear OVH Support,

I ordered a new disk last week on friday, it's now wednesday and I still haven't received or heard anything, I don't know if this is normal, but I think most customers want to receive a notice about it, if it has delay I'd like to get an email about it, sending nothing shouldn't be the way to operate. Can someone tell me when the disk is getting added.

Server it ordered from ovh.com but I am not so good in the language french, so I was wondering if OVH co.uk support can contact them about it.
