Why I wanteded this. Is to set "A" or "CNAME" record in my dns.

Login to plesk.
Go to "Settings"
Go to "IP Address"
Click on your IP address
Choose your default domain.

You should end up with something like this.

No the IP address should work just fine, it always did for me while my DNS was propagating. There are two ways to fix this, either set that IP up as a dedicated (so its not shared between all the domains), or get the username that you uploaded to plesk with, and access the site as

Plesk (actually Apache) uses Virtual Hosts. That is, a single IP address may host multiple websites. Apache will figure out based on the URL typed, and not the IP address, what website to show. So entering an IP address, it wouldn't know what website to show and will simply display that "Server Default Page". Try using the IP address as a new website in Plesk.

What I want is:
To be able to browse/upload/ just use site as normal throught goin on my IP address, XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX.

When I browse through it sees my files but when I try to access site with IP address it gives me "Server Default page"

So simply what i want to be able to do, is when I type my IP address in browser, i can see my own index page that i have uploaded.

Not sure what you mean, it was hard to understand your post but if what you want is ftp access you'll have to setup the domain in plesk, haven't got a plesk based server running to be able to say more but its pretty simple once you login to the plesk url.
