I'm curious to know if anyone here is using a CRM, and if so, which one and why?
I'm currently considering either SugarCRM or TigerCRM. Tiger has forked a while ago and I thought their UI was a bit more intuitive than SugarCRM. However, SugarCRM seems to be much more active - both development and community wise.
I have looked at some others, but they are usually Java implementations (a big no-no in my end of the world) or online solutions only (Salesforce.com). I prefer it on a local system to make it easier to integrate with the websites (all in PHP) and fixing bugs myself.
So, anyone?
