I've had a owned vbulletin license for a while now - But i'm never going to use it again - I've just transferred my forum from phpbb 3 to ipb 3 If anyone wants it please feel free to make a offer - I'll get one of the vb team to email you saying it's legit Once i get payment the details will be moved over to your email..
