Your best bet is to phone them first thing Monday morning.

Still nothing back from support, I thought Moxie Hosting had crap support but this is becoming a joke now from OVH.

I tried phoning there technical number about 20mins before I put my last post and was greeted with a message saying they were shut and open Mon-Fri 9am-6pm.

I'm annoyed at there lack of communication, more than 24 hours and no one has had the decency to reply to my support ticket. Its frustrating having a server that you paid good money for and not being able to use it and no one seems to want to help out.

Its been broken since I received the details. The Kimsufi I have at present works fine pinging, wget downloading, connecting via NX, FTP etc but this new server I have is completely and utterly useless.

Support have been no help. This is the reply I received off them and I still havent had a reply 7hours later from my response to this.

Hi,

The server is on "rescue-pro" mode, and it pings with no problem. Port 22 is operational so you may get acess by ssh.
If you want to check the HARDWARE configuration, you can use use our guide:

=> Http://guide.ovh.net/ModeRescue
I dont see any where in my OVH manager where it says its in Rescue Pro mode.

This is part of the email I sent about an hour ago to customersupport@ovh.co.uk seeing my lack of response to my ticket

I was told by a reply in a support ticket that it was in rescue pro mode and pinging just fine, firstly the server shouldnt be in rescue pro mode and doesnt say so in my ovhmanager it clearly states Netboot : inactive Boot on hard disk and you can see from my thread that it doesnt ping fine for me, I have 2 other servers with other hosting companies and I can ping and get a response no problem. Even the Kimsufi server I have with you pings and responds as it should. I replied 5+hours ago to the support ticket and I still have not received a response and I dont want to be left all weekend with a server that doesnt work properly.

Any other server I can SSH into it instantly but when I try and SSH into this OVH server it either times out or takes well over a minute to connect. Once it does connect when typing into my Penguinet client it lags very badly and can take 30 secs or more for each keystroke to show. Logging into the server using NX client usually freezes at the splash screen and I have to kill the process in my Task Manager on my PC. Logging in via FTP with SSH also times out.
I've tried putting it in rescue mode, rebooting server and then changing back to HD boot and restarting server, I've even reinstalled OS a few times and I still cant get any where with this server.

Have you got a tracert to supplement the wget info?

Has it been bad since delivered? (just in case something hasn't broken whilst installing any application/patch/etc)

I received my login details earlier and been having problems with my server. Server crashes when logging in via NX, on pinging the server it times out, very very slow download speeds and lags a lot when logged in via SSH. The support ticket number is 209175.
