When ever i use rescue mode or vKVM settings always arrive exactly 8 minutes after rebooting.
The system is automated. Make sure you have *.ovh.net in your whitelist. The e-mails can often take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox. Your best bet is to check the e-mail summary box in the OVH Manager, as it appears there much faster rather than rely on it reaching your inbox. Also, your selected e-mail address isn't hosted on the broken server in question is it? Common mistake for some people
I haven't got my email for rescue mode.
I need to do rescue mode because you guys won't believe you put crap faulty hardware in my server. Even though I have had so many problems and reinstalled different OSes 10 times now.
Please make sure you send the email for netboot rescue mode to your customers.
I may just go to another company. My experience here has been horrible.
