Sorry DedicatedPros is was a copy and paste from plesk forum, where I edited the domain and IP.

the config file and the plesk panel both correspond together for the domain and IP.

I see this listed, was that there before or was that your way of editing out your real domain name? If its the former, than change it to the proper domain name, also there is really no need to hide your domain/IP, and if you showed the real info it could help solve the problem (sometimes people have problems with the trailing dots).

I have installed Plesk sitebuilder for clients to be able to use for creating websites, but I am getting this error in Plesk panel when trying to add the admin details.

I have tried getting a support ticket from plesk but they way OVH buys plesk you can not submit a ticket without buying support from plesk.

The error I get is:

Error: URL cannot be resolved: check your DNS settings. URL sitebuilder.myserver domain.net must resolve in IP address of the server with installed SiteBuilder.

I have tried entering the dns records in plesk panel but this has not fixed the issue.
