ok thanks andy im doing anything from 10mb to 35mb speed so im ok also im not getting server overload that alot seem to get so im either lucky or its due to not doing lots at the same time

SLA is set by OVH, not you. If your usage is under 100Mbps you will be in SLA mode, else you will be in noSLA.

i have a 1gb windows server how do i turn sla on r off or do i need to i cant find sla any were on the server any help is appreciated
