Paying with PayPal

I use a paypal debit card to pay for my OVH services. I've very pleased with it too. Its initial cost is £4.95 but there are no transaction charges except if you withdraw cash.

You can load the card fro free from a paypal account but it takes a couple of days to become available.

I personally top up at any shop that does 'Paypoint'. There is a £1 loading fee for any amount up to £1000 but it is in the account and available immediately.

O2 Cash Card might be a nice idea.

There are also prepaid credit cards available... you might be able to get them from a newsagents, or possibly online.

If that's not possible for you, you might want to look into finding an OVH reseller. They'll probably take PayPal.
