Its still sayin 6 in 1 hour stock, how can this be seeming I have been waiting for over 24 hours and its only gone down 2 lol, plus how comes customer services support center cant give you a simple answer, are they just using generic templates!

just been watching the numbers on amount of stock, and its been going up and down lol it started at 7 then 8 down to 6 now back to 8 lol

I understand that, i was just wondering why the numbers are going up instead of down for 1 hour stock etc, normally i get the server fast, i just wish to know if its actually been allocated or waiting

I just got a reply which seems to be a standard template that your customer services dont change:

Dear customer,

We will install the server as soon as possible. If the server has not been installed within 72 hours of the purchase, please contact us again.

Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any further queries.

This didnt even answer my question, basically i can see from the orders in process that its been allocated ( or should have been ) because the 1 month is done, the traffic series is also done, its just the setup and OS install, normally when its showing just the setup and OS install its done within an hour or so. this is what I was asking was is it actually been allocated ( IE in the rack blah blah ) or is it still waiting to be allocated, when i ordered it was showing 7 in 1 hour and 2 in 72 hour i know how the hour and 72 hour work that the numbers go down once a server has been deployed and that if 7 people ordered before me lol.

Its just that the 1 hour stock has just gone up from 7 - 8 ( it went down to 6 earlier as well )
So i was just wondering if I am actually in a queue or what

we do always reply all the email, unless it's been caught in the spam system. If you tell me the subject of the email and when you sent it, I'll look for it.

Let's make sure that there is no blacklist on your mail server or something.

The thing is, as we said in the past, that forum is for common problems whose can be interesting to other people. That's why we would like this sort of questions to come directly to the support.
