DNS sounds like it is down. Change your DNS servers to OpenDNS.org servers. Et viola. All should be working again.

do you have any idea as to what is wrong with windows servers?
I have kimsufi server with windows 2003 from ovh.vo.uk
my problem is i can login to the server but i cant view any website from the internet explorer..Says no connectivity..
I contacted OVH support on ovh.co.uk but they didnt have any updated details

We will replace our entire Global Switch bay for a larger and better ventilated bay. The work will take place tomorrow morning, Wednesday 21/10, from 6:30 AM EST (5:30 AM local time). We will cut off all equipment (routers, switches) and so all traffic passed to London will be pushed on our other transit / peering at this time. We believe it will take between 1 and 2 hours for our team to get the router back online. This done, we will finish upgrades in London (upgrade LINX to 4x10G and crossing links globalswitch<>telehouse and globalswitch<>telecity 8&9 to 2x10G DWDM).
