For those of you who love pictures, here are my proposed changes:

I think a mix of both would be better.
Say, you can buy 15 more IPs for £1 a month, then charge either a setup fee or a monthly fee for a RIPE block.
What work is there for OVH to actually do that isn't automated?

After already paying over-the-odds for your RIPE IP BLOCK, The £15 + VAT a month for the use of your own IPs is shocking.. Never seen anything like that anywhere.
To be fair every company offering 'unlimited' bandwidth hits a point where unlimited no longer means truly unlimited. OVH managed to do so longer than I had expected. Now they are pulling a move most of the others in the industry have already pulled.
Have to agree here. Especially regarding IPs.
Please don't go the Ryanair route, OVH. I don't want you to sell me a ****ing scratchcard when I try and renew my server. :P
To add to my agreeing on this, I can accept perhaps one or two being extended with more information by means of * and the extra notes, but not close to half a dozen or more in this case.
For bandwidth, it should clearly state "100Mbps for 3TB then 10Mbps un-metered", then * for "To return to 100Mbps, purchase more bandwidth xTB for £xx".
Kimsufi is for personal use, and personal use means the person running it may not have experience in what to look for when buying a server. True a regular person will never use more than 3TB but that's not the point. It's all about making the user aware of what they're buying or they could easily be reported to the advertising standards agency. While they might say "it's fine, it's stated on the page" you could protest and say it's not clear enough to the average user.

Agree on all of them.
Agreed with all points above...
Maybe they need to stop adding costs everywhere and take a step back and look at the general overview of everything... Somethings are just confusing and/or stupid.
i agree - and I agree even more that charging a setup fee PLUS 15/month for professional use is just a way to double charge customers

I think OVH would benefit from being more open about the costs involved with servers on the Kimsufi range. Admittedly, it's all there if you follow the plethora of asterisks, but it's not exactly clear...
Set up fee: "Offers *"
(Translation: £49.99+VAT unless you pay for an entire year in advance.)
Availability: "1H: 36, 72H: 3"
(Seems to have very little bearing on when you get your server.)
Traffic /month: "Unlimited*"
(Translation: 3TB then 10mbps or £14.90+VAT per additional 2TB @ full speed.)
Guaranteed bandwidth: "1 Gbps ***"
(Translation: only if you pay the £15+VAT "professional use" monthly fee as well as an additional £10+VAT /month charge)
It would also be nice to see the price inclusive of VAT alongside the ex. VAT price, like on the French site, or even to be able to switch between inclusive and exclusive VAT.
(Also, I'd love to be able to get an IP block without paying the "professional use" fee, since there is no ongoing monetary cost to OVH for IPs. Nothing deceptive or misleading here, but I feel £15 /month as well as a set up fee is excessive.)
I'm starting to think OVH has become the Ryanair of hosting.
