Only if there was space available in that rack would be my best guess - there's a set-up fee, so I doubt ovh would do a lift and shift.

I am planning to start someday in 2010 with the smallest space. What I don't know is if I would be able to expand in the same rack in the future.

Thanks in advance

Thanks mate. It's a bit confusin ( pricing and options). Why would not they have a form in which you select the amount of U's that will lead you into the default electric and network specs for that U space ( as well as price). There you could choose if you need more electricity, network, IP's, etc,etc

Look what turns out instead :

what its that bad is the type of support they provide by email :S

Yeh, 1/4 and up you can purcahase 200/300/1000mbit lines, for the same price as we used to be able to pay on the normal servers. http://www.ovh.com/fr/housing/locati....xml?step=tech

Yeah, it seems to be the case - the bigger the rack, the more options you have.

I think it's only for a quarter rack and up. See http://www.ovh.com/fr/housing/bande_...te_housing.xml

Can colocation bandwidth be upgraded ( French customers ) ? For example:

Have a bigger pipe and at what cost?

Thank you
