Hey guys,
I have been hosting my own exim mail server for a few years now and it works fine for IMAP and pop3 but i have never been able to set up the SMTP side.
This wasnt a problem before as i could use my ISP`s SMTP server now however I am on sky and they use Gmail which wont allow me to sent out email from my domains.
As i am about to rebuild my server again and before the end of the month I am going to move all my email accross I was thinking of starting the mailserver from scratch. Basically I was wondering if anyone has managed to get an SMTP server working with Exim and if they have any guides to doing it. Or if anyone has any views on which software is better for a maikl server.
