ok its back on as of 7am this morning and yes the speeds are very nice so i guess im happy now

ok ive finally managed to change the language hard bit was trying to work out what was what didnt help it was chineses and the icons are different

but its gone offline wont ping and i got an email telling there a problem but guess what they no time for repair

so i guess i wait again

The network won't be down, your server is. Totally different thing.

If it goes down you could have just performed a hard reboot from the manager. The interventions system is there to reboot it if you're not available to do it when it goes down. There aren't an unlimited number of technicians so the job is put into a list. They don't normally take more than an hour to reach your server.

What OS? You should be able to change it easily.

No I am not staff. I only work with the information I have been given on the forum and from other reputable forum members.

...Will you put a disclaimer up on the order before people cofirm the order?

You are promising within 72 Hours and not sticking to it. From what I have learned it is a really big business and you do get a big backlog, but I have only learned of this AFTER placing my order.

I will wait for my order but I would just like to know you will take my request on board to inform users of possible delays BEFORE the order is made. I only found out about this forum and delay after I curiously asked how the order was getting on with 2 out of the 3 days required.

I am happy to wait and will see how the service is once it is deployed as I have heard good comments about your services.

its now 4pm and evn though i rung up twice today still nothing, and then they say that i could always cancel and then re order, and then it gets better cos if i do cancel and re order i would have to pay again for the re order and wait 30 days for a refund, so that would be £100 you got of mine then hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm maybe not

i shuld get a free server out of the interest you earning on my money

well at the min due to high demand my shared hosting account keeps getting suspended so I don't have a lot of time to wait. I've already paid off a £50 bill cause of about 12 suspensions in less than a week. that's how bad it's got and also I'm on a limited budget.
