You could try "Alligning the expirey" of your services in the Manager. It's under Administration > My Invoices.

If you want to be smart about it though fozle, surely the correct spelling would be: aligning* & expiry*

RapidSpeeds you should know by now that life isn't fair :P - I got £80 for Christmas, my younger bro got a PS3.

It's easy just buy a cheap £7 mouse from maplins and get a perement marker and right "OVH" on it. Problem solved

I am not 100% bothered about the mouse, as i'd rather use a cordless, but this is a matter of principle! also, having something (I would consider a collectors edition) for the amount of trouble you guys give me on a daily basis! (ie. not releasing servers for a week at a time - and then the phone bill I spend calling ovh chasing them up)

Truth be told, I can't be bothered if they'd sent me one or not (I don't know - can't receive packages at my listed address ). My prediction is that next year no one gets a gift, then no one can complain. If I were a reseller I would be more concerned with my profit margins than a token Christmas gift.
