Does it fail on a Linux distro, say Debian or Red Hat? If it doesn't, after installing a Linux distro try BSD again. If it still fails, it definitely is in the hands of the techs (probably a driver or incorrect IP picked up).
fixed by the techs,
no OS could get installed on that machine, something was faulty there ..
anyhow now it works.

the original is bsd 7.1, so guess what? , cant install that either!
nevermind, im waiting for a tech admin to check my server, looks like this is out of my hands.

Try to install another OS first and see if that works. If it does, then install your target OS again and see if that works. It's a fix for 99% of problems (switching OS then back again).

Hey, a weekend is here, so support is not an option,
maybe anyone here got an idea what can i do ?
Im trying to install freebsd 8.0 on one of the servers.
and i get the message
"Server does not awake on install system !"
info of the installation:
0 Reinstallation initialization - done
1 Installation system initialization - done
2 Installation system reboot - error
anyone here knows any workaround?
my goal is freeBSD with GENERIC core.
