@ derchris - Maybe - But i have no idea whats went on just got the email around lunch time, The 400GB of files i have most backed up -- I was about to delete most of them -- The website i just started a few days ago -- I have the database part and the theme backed up.. But i just want to know what happend !!!

Why was the intervention scheduled?

Slightly OT but did you not set up your free ovh FTP space to do backups?

I got a support ticket saying the OVH tech support team had an intervention scheduled -- They have sent me new login details for my server - When i login and check to see if all my files are still there - There all gone including my website. My server has nothing on it now! Could you please tell me why, Why your tech support team have deleted everything from my server this includes all my websites i had on it and all my files around 400GB's worth!!! I hope you have a good answer for this.. !!!!
