Domain Transfer - help!

the documents is just to confirm that you are who you say you are. Basically, we want to make sure that the change is requested by the owner of the account.

I've checked your passport and that was all I need it.

I am trying to transfer a domain I got on the 1st year free deal. I have paid for the second year and emailed customersupport@ovh.co.uk asking to change the IPS Tag.

I got a response some several hours later from Audrey.A saying I need to provide ID? I responded saying I stated my ID Number, NIC Handle and email address in the original email. I then got a response nearly a day later asking for a scan of my passport - I don't understand why this is needed if you don't need it to create the domain in the first place, but sent it anyway hoping that my IPS would be changed promply. It is now 16 hours later and it still hasn't been changed.

Can somebody PLEASE sort this out - my Nic Handle is CD20062-OVH - I trust you can find the emails I sent and the domain I am referring to using this but if you need more info please message back.
