You gotta make it something more worthwhile such as tea bags or bottle tops

Too bad i jumped the gun and got an EG-SSD last week instead of waiting for the hybrid range .. but ... had to expand to another shared hosting server, can't wait for OVH when you got clients knocking on your door :-)

P.S. i got now 3 ssd machines .... so .. not true that no one is buying, they are awesome servers. ( soon to have many more ).

it all comes down to what kind of activity you host on your machines.

There is a huge cost difference between 2x80GB and 2x160GB drives, so it wouldn't be beneficial to OVH.

If they really want to increase the sales of their SSD servers, maybe they should offer 2 x 160GB instead of 2 x 80GB disks?

I should have used the "/sarcasm" tag. I wish they did though!

Under your door? Do you when when renewing the server online or you actually received new Terms and Conditions through the post?

I noticed the new terms and ticked the box whilst renewing (rushing as had been suspended)... still have to read them, though.

Nice server range. Hadn't there been a setup fee, I'd snap one or two up

PS: OVH slipped a new T&C regarding dedicated servers under your door. I came to that surprise today. It's getting worse by the moment!

Look on the site now It's updated and at last Oles has listened to his customers!

I can't see anything on the site about this, has it been delayed?
Can you give us more details?

I'm planning to buy a server this week, I don't want to buy one and then find out a few days later than the new hybrid would be more suited to my needs.

By that rationale, if I got a K-mart jeans and rebranded it with Levi's and sold it to you for $80, it ceases to be "cheap"?
