your server is pinging, in rescue mode and port 81 is open for the hardware test webpage. Could you try to run the test again? If you get an error message or it crashes again on the same test as earlier on, update the ticket that you have open with this information.

I just purchased sp mini from ovh and managed to setup tfb4rt (torrentflux) successfully on this server.

no need to say that torrent for exchange of copyrighted material is not allowed. Once the issue is fixed, if you have any copyrighted file, I suggest you to remove it or we can cancel the server.

Where in the test did it crash ?

You could either:
1. Wait for OVH staff to see this.
2. Email OVH and provide a link to this thread. (customersupport@ovh.co.uk)
3. Phone OVH (0207 252 2310)

I follow the rescued mode tutorial and

While doing the hardware check using the gui,
I received an email from OVH support ,
[suivi] defect on ns310097.ovh.net server"

Is that shown my server just died while on rescue mode testing? Showing hardware failure?

can you stick it in to netboot -> rescue mode and then run the tests?

Hi,
I just purchased sp mini from ovh

My main concern is whenever the server load reach 6~7, my server will go down (dead) and ping to the server will return an error.this happen 3 times in 3 hours for me and another 1 happen this morning.

For the latest one that happen this morning, i use 'uptime' in the ssh and it returns to me 'bus error'. and when i google what is bus error all about, it kinda scared me

So is that possible to say that there are some hardware error on the server itself based on that bus error? What can i do further?
