manager failed to update info in personal details

you are indeed correct , i dont have my original contact email address anymore , which is why i did'nt know about a comfirmation email.

For some reason i did'nt add an alternative email address when i originally ordered the existing server.I have done so today though.Lesson learnt

I was told a way round the problem , and have successfully managed to order a new server. I just hope it turns out to be as good as the last one

to change the email for the manager, we send an email to the previous address for you to confirm the change.

In that email you can reject or accept the change, but if you don't answer at all, the change will go through in 24hours.

This delay is a security measure in case somebody has managed to get into the manager.

Let us know if, despite this, you have any problem.

I'm trying to change my email address in ovh manager , and each time it tells me
The operation was successfully executed!
The modification will be effective in few minutes..

The reality is , it never updates .

I want to order a newer server , but my existing email address doe'snt work any more, so i thought it best to change it first before ordering.........but i can't
