well, in the previous case, the engineers could detect the issue even though you didn't provide no evidence at all about it. You can wait and see if that's the case too.
But if it's not, and it turns up not to be the same problem, then you'll have to provide more evidence.
It's fine now if you want to wait to see if the engineers can detect something wrong.
But normally, the customer (only administrator of the server, we can't access it) has to show us the problem. And in this post, you've been told several things you can check to find out more about the issue.
