the OVH support is close on the phone line during bank holidays in England. On Friday and Monday, we've been ansering emails for your most urgent issues.

I sometimes find them a little /too/ proactive

If I forget to disable monitoring and do something silly on my server more often than not they are intervening before I realise what is going on

Our customer support line is closed for the week-end. However, our mail support was open today and will also be open on Monday.

I have been trying since 9.30am this morning, took a day off work to get alot of problems sorted.

Although Neil, as usual is fast at replying to emails, it's nice to talk to someone and get everything done in the one phone call.

If you are closed for a bank holiday, say do - don't say exceptional circumstances
