I agree, using the Manager or MoM is at face value a no-brainer.

We're working on a translated version of travaux, which should be available soon. In the meantime you can use the online translation method:

We're also working to develop ways to communicate with our customers better. Not all incidents effect customers, not all incidents affect a lot of customers, so a method that can select those that are affected by a particular issue has to be considered such that it can work with what's already in place and wont' absorb vast amounts of people-power (we have alot of customers).

It would have been nice to have known/be told it was being reinstated.
As for the link you provided, not all of us can read French !

not really neil it started updating 2 days ago.. when i checked my manager now i dont know if it updated other clients 2 days ago but it did for me

Slow down, it was only fixed an hour ago and is still updating, so it was not been applied to all customers.. But if you the issue was affecting you then you should of kept an eye on http://travaux.ovh.net/?do=details&id=4016 - and this was updated an hour when it was fixed.

Now since we know ovh doesnt tell us when things get updated..and if anyone hasnt checked recently..BW counter has been reenabled so just make sure your internal bw is not being counted..

i checked and it looks fine now.
