You should contact the reseller about this as Neil has already said, probably you don't have access to all the servers on this nic and that's why you haven't carried out all that our tech requested on the ticket. We will only continue this discussion with the reseller.

Note also that we don't provide services to customers based outside of Europe at this time.

Why should they?
They have no binding contract with you, as you got your server from a reseller.

You should contact your reseller and get them to update the ticket get them to run the command they want correctly, but it is not to do with the quota, which is at okay, Monthly quota: 10.00 TiB Quota left: 9.87 TiB Reset: 2010-05-28.

That is my server config.

EG BestOF
Processor Intel Xeon Quad
4x 2.83+ GHz
12 Mb L2 - FSB 1333 MHz 45nm
RAM 8 GB DDR2
Hard disk 2x 750 GB - SATA2
RAID 0/1
NIC GigaEthernet

it has 10TB bandwidth limit and past 45 or more days i cannot consume more then 2tb or even low cuz i have only 20 kb Up-link speed and higher side only 100kb.

I open ticket as well but i am sorry of that not a good support. that is my ticket # 406793

An incident ticket 406793 has just been re-opened.

Any one help here or anyone face same problem ?
