I am not using Ripe IPs (also there is no ripe IP on server) or anything else. Am I able to remove "Professional Use" option? Because I have been paying this option for 4 servers and for 4 months without using it!

I've checked your server and it has RIPE IPs on it, and therefore, the professional option is still in use.

An option would be to move the IPs out to another server. In that case, we could look into removing the pro option.

How do I remove the Professional Usage Option from a server

if you're not using the professional option anymore (that is, none of the extra options for servers such as RIPE, Gigabit switch port, firewall, ... ) you can drop us an email to the support and we'll get it remove for you.

You can't remove USB disks and IPs once assigned to the server, but if you're not using the Professional option anymore, you can request to remove it.

As far as I know, it's been always like this, guys.

The only way to remove it is to cancel the server and get a new one... But then there's the set-up fee.

I knew you couldn't remove the usb disk, as it's a physical component that has to be manually added/removed - but the professional usage option is ridiculous.. next we won't be able to remove a windows licence either..

Whether it is physical or virtual is irrelevant. It's the OVH mentality.
