if you're not using the professional option anymore (that is, none of the extra options for servers such as RIPE, Gigabit switch port, firewall, ... ) you can drop us an email to the support and we'll get it remove for you.
So i guess the best thing would be to email them.

We have already spoken about this on the phone, and for the records, it doesn't, it has a weird problem none of us has seen before
Anyways - issue being dealt with.
I've checked your server and it has RIPE IPs on it, and therefore, the professional option is still in use.
An option would be to move the IPs out to another server. In that case, we could look into removing the pro option.

Marc,
A star as always - thanks.

You can't remove USB disks and IPs once assigned to the server, but if you're not using the Professional option anymore, you can request to remove it.
As far as I know, it's been always like this, guys.
"For our professional range of servers, you must use the 'professional use' option to use it for professional purposes". Wait, what?
The only way to remove it is to cancel the server and get a new one... But then there's the set-up fee.

Don't give them ideas!
Whether it is physical or virtual is irrelevant. It's the OVH mentality.

Nope. It's OVH. It's no different to not being able to remove USB disks.
